Robotic Welding, using our latest technologies, allows for cost effective run lots both large and small.
Robotic welding will improve throughput and weld appearance, while maintaining accuracy.
Dalsin Industries utilizes 3 robotic cells, allowing us greater scheduling flexibility to meet customer fast turns.
The combined systems can handle simple to complex weldments in a wide range of sizes and materials. We are able to handle weldments up to 36" x 96" and with the help of a robotic trunion parts can be rotated in the cells which helps reduce setups.
Our systems utilizes the latest weld process techniques including CV, STT, Pluse, and Rapid Arc to deliver high quality, repeatable, and aesthetically pleasing welds.
Our engineering department will assist you in all aspects from design and fixtures to production.
