Dalsin Achieves Top-Notch Scores in Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
In January, 2015, Dalsin conducted an in-depth survey of both customers and potential customers to validate our market position, support our continued business development and regional expansion, and ensure that we are delivering capabilities and performing well in those production areas that matter most to our customers and future customers.
Survey respondents provided timely and relevant information on a confidential basis.

Customers’ Overall Impression of Dalsin is extremely high. 96% of the respondents stated that they were “Quite Satisfied” with Dalsin’s products and services.

Finally, the survey included a measure of customer loyalty, and the results confirmed that Dalsin rates in the top 2% of all companies in customer loyalty, and customer willingness to recommend Dalsin to other business associates. We are really happy to achieve that!
