Dalsin New Member of Board of Directors
Bloomington, Minnesota – June 18, 2020
Precision metal fabricator, Dalsin Industries, introduced Nancy M. Dahl as its newest board member. Nancy has a rich background with senior executive operating experience and as an active board member of EDCO Products, Knutson Construction, Park Industries, Collective Measures, and Dunwoody College.
Nancy’s appointment is the result of a thorough process undertaken to replace retiring director Mike Einan. In considering a replacement for Mike, the search committee assessed the Board’s current skills and anticipated future needs. Given her outstanding qualifications, the Board unanimously chose Nancy to be nominated to the shareholders for their approval.
In addition to her extensive business leadership qualifications, the Dalsin board sought a candidate with extensive and diverse private company board experience as well as strong corporate governance expertise. Nancy’s experience and accomplishments make her an ideal addition to our Board.
According to Arnold Angeloni and Mark Dalsin, board co-chairs: “Adding Nancy to our Board of Directors will complement and enhance the strong group of accomplished directors who provide oversight and strategic direction to Dalsin. We look forward to Nancy’s contributions as we execute our strategic plan and strive to increase the value of our business to our customers, employees, and shareholders.”
Dalsin is a national leader in metal fabrication, with revenues in the top 5% in the U.S. and is among the top 15 in company size. In March of this year, Dalsin received the Fabricator and Manufacturers Association (FMA) award as 2020 Manufacturer of the Year.
