Can you share a bit about the project work that Dalsin completed for you?

Dalsin builds us pole pieces, we build ion pumps and heavy magnets are installed that pole piece. Dalsin manages multiple outside services; they do the welding for the pumps that hold magnets. Dalsin is a key part in offering bead blasting that is done very well.

What challenges have experts from the Dalsin helped you address?

Dalsin has addressed helping with engineering projects and new design on pole pieces. However, the new product on the horizon, could be affected by covid.

How did the relationship with you and process work?

We had Steve as inside salesperson, now we work with Eli too. Our engineers really like to work with Dalsin. Eli sends us in a good direction, and we work on the process and figure out what works and what doesn’t, we work with Eli and Becky.

What outcomes or results from your work with Dalsin have your experienced?

(time, cost, quality) The quality has improved, Dalsin has identified processes better and sees what works and what doesn’t. There has been a delivery issue, due to Covid. Dalsin is very responsive, even if something isn’t happening, they communicate that.

What makes Dalsin a good partner to work with?

Previously mentioned, Dalsin does very well with responsiveness and letting us know what’s happening. Also, that have very good inside people to work with.
